How do I uninstall the incompatible AURogerBeep Audio Unit plugin causing an error in Final Cut Pro on an M4 Mac?

Whenever I open Final Cut Pro 11.0.1 on an M4 Mac 2024 I get this error: "Incompatible Audio Units Found While verifying Audio Unit compatibility, Final Cut Pro encountered 1 Audio Unit plug-in which did not pass the Apple AU validation. This plug-in has been excluded from further usage in Final Cut Pro to prevent possible problems or crashes. Apple: AURogerBeep"

How do I find and uninstall this plugin? deleting and reinstalling Final Cut Pro did not fix the issue. Any help with this would be great appreciated.

The usual path to audio components is:

/Library/Audio/Plugins/Components/

and/or

~/Library/Audio/Plugins/Components/

The first one should be at your hard drive level. The second one is your User Account Library and may be hidden. If it is hidden, I think (if I remember correctly) you can open the User Account Library by starting in the Finder, hold the Option key down, then go to the Go menu and select the Library option.

You should move or copy the AU to a new location to keep it backed up, then delete it from the Components folder.
