GarageBand Not Loading Songs

when ever I try to open a song on GarageBand some songs that I want to work on start acting weird after closing out of the song or app by it, loading normally but then exiting and saying, “This song could not be opened. Please open the song after updating to the latest GarageBand.”. It says to update but when I check for updates in the App Store it says the last update was in September and that there aren’t any new ones. What could be the problem, I cloud storage?

Music app crashes when i try to move a song I'd like to rearrange the order of songs in the music app. However, since the update to Sequoia 15.2, as soon as i try to move the song, the app crashes. Then comes with a crash report and asks me to start it again. I do and this process repaets itsself. I can add new songs but they end up at the bottom of the setlist. In this youtube video you see it happen. I start music, no problem. I select a song, no problem. Songs in the MacOS Music app stop a few seconds before the end Lately, some (but not all) newly-added songs to the Music app stop playing a few seconds before the end. The progress slider just jumps to the next song. It's 100% repeatable on the songs on which it happens. It *doesn't* happen if I drag the playhead to before that position; then, it plays on through. These are all local audio files, not being played from the Internet. If the same songs are sync'd to my iPhone, they play correctly. It continues after restarts, etc. *Sometimes*, deleting and re-adding the song to the library fixes that particular song, but it often it does not.

iTunes/Apple Music buffering Using iTunes (the Music app, but my own library, not the service) and songs that are not downloaded get stuck buffering a few seconds into them. My internet speeds are fine (117Mbps download/175Mbps upload). My computer and the app are both on the most up to date versions (macOS Sonoma 14.0 and version 1.4.0.118). But every few songs, the song will stop playing because it needs to buffer (screenshot below). Then, after it tries buffering for 30 seconds, it skips to the next song. Downloaded songs have no issue (obviously). Any ideas? I've tried quitting Music and restarting it, restarting my computer, etc. Nothing seems to work.
