Hi recently my phone is randomly recording at the top of my screen and Ib tried everything in settings to turn of the accessibility and nothing his helping I will attach pictures and if anyone could help would be much appreciated

Might the recordings (during phone calls?) be caused by an accidental tap turning recording on.
You could check to see if you have recordings in the Notes app
