Photo Settings for iCloud Photos on PC - Unable to change storage location

I'm having an issue with iCloud Photos for PC (Windows 11) - the location where the photos are being uploaded is to an external USB SSD (Samsung T9) drive, and there appears to be no way to change it.

The "Your iCloud Photos will be added to this folder, shown in the screenshot below and highlighted in purple. shows as "F\Pictures\iCloud Photos\Photos"

The only location I can change is the "Your shared photos and videos will be added to this folder", which has been set to "E:\Pictures\"

Any suggestions to change the external file location to match the shared album location? I need both to point to the same folder on my E: drive.
