But why is my new Mac still synchronizing the refunded files two years ago? Why are the refunded files still automatically synchronized? What is the reason for the error file corruption?

Apple Music Syncing:

These are returned, correct? These will show up in your Purchase History, but not in your Music Library. If you are using an Apple Music subscription, then you can see you entire library across all of your devices —including home MP3 files.

LP Purchases Being Seen:

Are you seeing this in your Library? Or are you seeing this in your Purchase History? Purchases are always seen in the Purchase History —returned or not —and the same goes for purchases that you hide —they always show in your recently played items).

Given this is happening on a new computer it suggests Apple's servers are still trying to deliver this product to you for reasons unknown. Reach out to Apple Support and ask them to flush your download queue. This isn't something you can fix from your end. Try the https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ page.
