Passwords are locked issue

I keep getting the pop up screen saying Passwords Are Locked

Enter the password for the user to unlock

I DO NOT KNOW OR REMEMBER the password

HOW DO I RESET?? It does not give me any option to reset

only CANCEL OR UNLOCK

PLEASE HELP!

Then I also getting a notification saying Mail Password is Required for my Internet Accounts

I don’t remember this either

Maybe correcting the Passwords Are Locked issue will help both
