Headless Mac mini screen mirroring

Hello.

Long story short I was recently forced to upgrade my headless Mac mini to 15.3.1. Now when I vnc into the mini I constantly have to acknowledge some screen mirroring request to cancel/mirror/extend. Which I, pretty obviously, don’t want to do while headless. Is there some way to turn this “feature” off?

Little more info to offer in the hopes of gaining some advice here. So I have an m1 mini connected via HDMI to my TV but I primarily use it 'headless'/VNC. I just didn't want to have to switch it from the HDMI plug thing (whatever's that called) to the TV on the rare chance I need a 'monitor'. With that said, I don't understand this "feature" of macOS 15.3.1. I always hit cancel and it always generates the same dialogue box on every login. Can this be disabled/turned off? Thank you!
