High Sierra update error: The Recovery Server could not be contacted.

When resetting/ erasing data can’t install new version / can’t actually get to normal apple startup

Predicated on the computer is qualifying to run macOS 10.14 Mojave or possible macOS 10.15 Catalina


The problem with Option+Command+r is.


You do not have a choice as what version of macOS will be downloaded
