On top of that, we are not Apple. We are not privy to Apple’s release schedule.

Why are you looking for iOS 18.3.2? Are you experiencing a problem you feel will be solved by another iOS update? As others have said, Apple has not indicated there will be an iOS 18.3.2, or any other iOS update at this time.

While it seems unlikely, it's not impossible. If Apple felt the need to release a security update before iOS 18.4 was ready, they might do that. But, speculation isn't allowed here.
