I think I might have malware

I scanned with Malwarebytes but it says that I don't have any malware. I don't know if OnyX or Malwarebytes is wrong but I downloaded OnyX from this website -> https://titanium-software.fr/en/onyx.html

I have macOS Catalina on a 27 inch iMac from 2013.
