Why is my iPhone alarm not making any sound?

Hey so, it is 2025 and this problem is happening to me with my phone. Apparently this has been a common occurence for the last 5 years and Apple has still not done anything to fix it. That is unacceptable.

Here is what I have tried

Turning up the alarm volume
Turning on my ringer
Selecting a different alarm tone

I guess its possible that I need to delete the alarm and create a new one. That might be the only true solution to this problem.

What does the year have to do with anything? Any why do you assume it is a universal problem that can somehow be fixed by Apple waving a magic wand, when actually, of the 2 billion iPhones around the world only a handful have this problem?

Yes, the usual fix is to delete the alarm and add it back, and also to make sure you don’t have any overlapping alarms.
