If you are using Windows 10 or Windows 11, you can use either:

• the version from the Microsoft Store (tap the Get it from Microsoft button on that page)
• the version from Apple, but going down the page to the Looking for other versions? option (in very small lettering) and choosing Windows

Once downloaded to your computer, double-tap the download, which should start the install procedure.
