How do I upgrade macOS Catalina 10.15.7 for Logic Pro installation?

hi all I will say I'm not great with computers I have my Mac which has recently had a memory upgrade I'm running Catalina 10.15.7 my computer says its up to date with software updates but logic is saying I need a os of 14.4 onwards how do I do this thanks in advance
