Answer To: Why is my Book Crawler app stuck in Trial Mode?

I'd had this problem since late 2024. However, as of early March 2025 things came right again. The App now recognises my subscription, no longer claims I am in Trial Mode, and allows me to add new books and sync between my iMac and my iPhone.

How to Locate information for app crashes to assist in diagnosis I have apps that crash most days & have had this for years. I us an iPad Pro 11” Gen 3 on iPadOS 16.5. I would like to be able to get information on the problems to more accurately get a general clue of what the problem is. for example, Libby is a library loan management app that allows reading or listening to eBooks or Audiobooks. Most of the time I listen. The app seems to crash multiple times most hours & seems to be getting worse. I have looked at Analytics data & found only one entry for Libby. Is there a better way to find out what’s happening? Thank you for your assistance. Paul

Unable to manage subscriptions in iPad2 with iOS 9—the popup window is blank. Help? I purchased some magazines through Zinio on my iPad 2 and I'm unable to manage those subscriptions on it. To enter that area of my account on this device's software (iOS 9.45, I believe), touch-clicking the "Itunes & App Store," then my "Apple ID," then "View Apple ID," then scrolling down to "Subscription" and all that pops up is a blank window and it stays blank. I've shut down and restarted my iPad. I've signed out and back to my Apple ID on my desktop as well as the iPad, but no change. Help? Thanks.
