Iphone speaks while i text

I have turned off voiceover I’ve turned off everything I could find an accessibility the iPhone refuses to stop talking while I text it is driving me crazy

iPhone 12 speech to text So my work gave me this IPhone 12 and every time I try to type in my text it picks up anything that is being said around me within 4 feet. I disabled everything I know of. There is no microphone on the keyboard. I can not get this thing to stop inputting whatever is being said when I am typing. It has the most current updates.

Voice dictation texting not working. iPhone 14 dictation to text not working. See an X next to microphone. Have turned on dictation toggle -(settings/general/keyboard). Tried turning phone off and back in.
