How do I permanently remove One Drive alert on MacBook Air?

Over the last few days I keep receiving an alert on my MacBook Air saying move One Drive to Bin. I have dragged and dropped the One Drive icon to the bin but there is no record of it in the bin or anywhere else on my computer.

Every time I switch on my computer the same alert comes up. Can anyone help?
