IOS 18.3.1 had been really making my iPhone laggy

So a few days after I updated my iPhone 13 to iOS 18.3.1 it has been really laggy all of a sudden (but everything was fine with the iOS 18.3 update) and what ever I do I notice lag and slowness like switching between apps, swiping through the Home Screen even swiping up to unlock and I don’t know how but it happened in one night and I even contacted apple support a few times and they did the same diagnostic test every time and they said that everything looks fine and I did a self repair test and it also had the same results(everything fine!!!) I did everything to fix it like restarting the phone and some other things and I noticed a few reports in the analytics and improvement and I was like bug type 211 and a few more
