Using Text-to-Speech in Notes, how can I save the entirety of my notes file as an audio file to share with others?

I created a long document in Notes. It sounds pretty good when spoken aloud with a Siri voice 3. I want to save and send the audio version of this to friends who never read text articles.

Sharing a voice note from WhatsApp to voice memo on iPhone I can save the voice note to my phone, is there a way to save from WhatsApp to the voice memo app on the iPhone. When I click the share icon (rectangle with arrow) the option is not there, is there a way to add that as an option?
