How to fix constant touch bar flashing on 2019 MacBook Pro?

So this was an issue that I've put off to the side for a while, thinking it wouldn't be that big of a deal. But recently I've decided to start on how to fix the constant flashing from the touch bar on my MacBook Pro. What do you some of you think are the best ways to remove the flashing on a MacBook Pro?

(Notes on my laptop model):

2019 13-inch MacBook Pro with two thunderbolt 3 ports

macOS Sequoia (Version 15.3.1),

Processor: 1.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5

On an Intel Mac—

reset both and compare your results—

resetting the System Management Controller Reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support

resetting NVRAM/PRAM Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

Even though SMC controls the touchbar, the T2 Controller is responsible for TouchID so some USB is in play,

so this would be NVRAM (or reboot.) notice:

USB Device: Apple T2 Bus

USB Device: Touch Bar Backlight

USB Device: Touch Bar Display

USB Device: Apple T2 Controller
