try to use iMovie its not working on Sequoia 15.3.1

I have to admit its my first time using it, however I'm not a dummy it states clearly that it should access photos etc

ive tried starting a new project however it won't recognise ny library at all

is there sometime I'm doing wrong

Hi,


In order for iMovie to recognize your Photos app library the library must be designated as the system photos library. Open the Photos app library and go to General Preferences and select the box that says "Use as system photo library".


If the box is grayed out, that means that the library already is the system library.
