iPhone Won’t Connect to Echo Via Bluetooth

I have an Echo in the bathroom and listen to music while shaving, showering, etc. been doing this for a couple years. Lately when I tell the echo to connect to my iPhone 13, it says there is nothing to connect to. I go into Bluetooth and try from there, but no luck. If I restart the iPhone, it connects right away. This is become a daily occurrence.

Any suggestions?
