When I make a new playlists the icons are red and white patterns. I remember seeing an option for this and clicked on it (I have no idea why I did) but now I can't get it back to normal. The default used to be the album cover. It's driving me mad! Please can someone help?

how can switch back to the four album covers for playlists, the new 17.1 pictures arent great for my playlists The new cover art for playlists really isn’t all that great and I much rather prefer the four album covers for the playlist picture any way to go back to the default or am I stuck waiting for another update
