WhatsApp unresponsive after deleting media

Since my storage full, I was try to deleting photos & videos from WhatsApp (from the menu "Manage Storage on WhatsApp Settings). After I deleted it all, my WhatsApp suddenly doesn't work. The network status always connecting even though other apps work smoothly. Also, I can't tap anywhere on the app. I already restart the app and the phone may times, but it still doesn't work. Anyone knows how to fix it? Is there any other option instead of re-installing the app, because I haven't backup the last chat. Attached below is the condition of my WhatsApp right now.
