Search purchase history of music in itunes

I have been chatting for help with itunes support as some of my music won't download. They have said that I need to find the purchase reference,

I know i can look through purchase history on itunes, but is there a way of being able to search the history? I also want to see the songs I'm searching for without having to switch between library and store in itunes
