Apple Pencil auto line straightening feature not working in Books

Auto line straightening or circle not working in my book app on my ipad.it work fine in other notes app.this problem occur after update.Please let me know if anyone have a solution for this issue.

Auto Line straightening feature with Apple Pencil not working in Books on my iPad. Lines and figures I hand write in a pdf inside the apple Books app used to get 'straight' when I maintained the pencil tip for a few seconds in the end point of the line. Suddenly it stopped doing it. It still does it in other apps like apple Notes and others. I am not aware of any parameter that governs this behaviour, and that does not happen in another equal iPad with same level IOS and apps, so something happened to my pencil or iPad that I cannot figure out. iOS 18 Apple Pencil double tap issue in Notes app Sometimes when I try to switch to the eraser via double tapping on the Apple Pencil it just doesn’t work. To fix it I have to open the toolbar menu and then the double tap works. It seemingly starts randomly at random times… It’s just a very annoying bug that was introduced in IOS 18, I know since it worked flawlessly in iOS 17. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Auto-straight in the Books app doesn't work When I try to underline a sentence to make a straight Iine in the books app it doesn’t work anymore. I checked the settings of my apple pencil so many times and i found nothing wrong. I also tried to make a straight line in other apps (Goodnotes and notes app) and it actually worked. So it doesn't work in the books app only. If there's any suggestions to solve this problem, i will be so grateful. Anyway, I already sent a complaint straight to the apple team but up till now, i haven't gotten any reply.
