How do I fix 'temporary problem completing your request' when authorizing Apple Music?

when I go to authorize my Apple Music account it always says "there was a temporary problem completing your request" how can I fix this?

We are temporarily unable to process your request I haven't used my iTunes account for some time. However, I recently purchased an MP3 player for listening to music/podcasts for sports. I have a decent library of music from my iTunes account. I have been unable to access it. I was able to login to my account. But unable to authorize a new device to access the previously purchased songs. When I attempted to authorize the device via "Account" and Authorize this device in apple music/iTunes, it simply stated "We are temporarily unable to process your request. Try again later." Any suggestions?

"Your Apple Music account access has expired. Reauthorize your account to access this service." This message appears when I try to play Apple music on my Sonos system. However, when I try to "reauthorize" using my new iPhone it never completes the task so I can no longer use Apple Music on my Sonos system. This happened because I purchased a new iPhone.

Apple Music won’t play or let me log in I am having trouble with my Apple Music account, it won’t allow me to play any music, it won’t allow me to access my account either to see if my subscription is still valid/live. I don't want to delete the app to re login and lose all my music. Please someone help!!
