How can I clear my Apple Account balance to change region?

Once inside link …click on Apple Account > Click on Other Apple Account Topics > Then click on a highlighted Tell us what’s happening > Your cursor should be blinking and you can type in “Empty Apple Account to change regions” after clicking Next in upper right you should see this…

Click on Message and it should open a chat window. If not post back with your country or click on below to choose phone number…

Hello ~If you are trying to zero your balance before changing regions…you may purchase an item from the App Store for more than your balance and the remainder will be billed to your credit card on file thus zeroing your balance . You may also go to lower left hand corner and click on Support and they can zero it for you or…
