How do I transfer iTunes library from 2009 MacBook Pro (El Capitan) to iCloud?

Looking to find out how to transfer my itunes library from a 2009 Mac book pro using el cap 10.11.6 to the cloud. Keep running into an unsupported browser message. Is these any way around this? Thank you!

How to transfer iTunes library from old MacBook to new without iCloud Hi: I recently got a new MacBook Pro. I had a older MacBook Pro for a long time. I have a lot of songs on iTunes (now called Music I think) on the old computer, in my library. How can I get them on the new computer? I don't use the Cloud so I hope this doesn't involve the Cloud.
