Formatting issues with Pages on new HP Envy 6100e

I just purchased a new HP Envy 6100e. I have no problem printing documents. The problem is I can't print envelopes. I have saved envelopes that I used as a test model and when I hit print (and yes I am putting them in the correct way), the envelope puts the return address in the bottom left hand corner and doesn't even print the address. I'm not sure if this is a formatting issue with Pages as I have printed these envelopes in the past.

When I get ready to print, I see a picture of the envelope and it is formatted correctly. My printer says #10 envelope. Pages says #10 envelope. I'm just at a loss.
