IMovie freezing and Ken Burns Disabled issue on iPad

IMovie not allowing me to use Ken Burns Disabled and movie freezing from first frame. I have rebooted iPad and reinstalled IMovie three times… any answers?

iMovie freezing on the on frames Hi! I had the issue a lot of people seem to have had with music permission for Imovie during the last update. I followed through with the privacy setting reset which worked - the problem is that now, when I play a project, the audio goes on as intended but the visuals freeze on the first frame. So it's a still image all throughout the audio when it's supposed to be a n animatic, a series of images. When I open the projects to edit them I can click on the separate images just fine, but when I play it, only the image I've selected is shown despite cuts to other pics. I've tried restarting the ipad and stuff but it hasn't worked. How do I fix this...?

imovie app not working on iPhone I have used the iMovie app on my iPhone many times to make short movies from photos in an album. But now it is not allowing me to see the movie either and edit mode or finished mode to go in and make the adjustments. You hear the music and see the transitions in the edit mode, but not on the movie itself. It is not working correctly and I have tried to delete and reinstall, but nothing has worked so far.

It appears to be a bug with iOS 18.3. Hopefully Apple will address it soon.

Meanwhile, as a workaround, the freeze frame issue can be alleviated by inserting a video anywhere in the timeline.
