Lock cursor movement to horizontal or vertical

I've been digging and digging for software available for Mac that allows me to use a hotkey to lock the movement of my mouse cursor to horizontal movement. Every single software I've found is for Windows only!!

Anyone know of a software compatible with MacOS that does this?
