I can’t add music to my library on any of my devices

I can’t add music to my library on any of my devices. Not on my iPhone or iPad or iMac. The icon shows the tick for added for a moment ant the returns the the "to add" icon

Can’t add songs to my library on iOS So if I am listening to a new song, often while driving, I’ll hit the + icon to add it to my library. It works, and then a few seconds later it comes back, not adding to my library. This happens on a bunch of songs, but not all songs. The ones I try to add I always cannot add, and some I can add with no problem. What is going on? I’d like to get this fixed if possible!

Unable to find "Add to Playlist" option in Apple Music on Windows I'm trying to add some music to my playlist, but when I click the "..." in the song there is no "add to playlist" like it used to. I only have the "add to library" and I don't want to add those songs to the library. I checked on my iPhone AM app and there I have the "add to playlist" option. Apple Music library out of sync As of yesterday, my library on my iPhone is not synced up with what I see on my desktop or laptop. Any music I add or any playlists I create from my laptop do not show up on my phone. What's strange is that if I add songs or create playlists from my phone, they show up on my PC/laptop, and when I edit a playlist the changes carry over. So it seems like it's sending data, but not receiving any. Any ideas as to what might be happening? I've tried resetting my phone. I'm hesitant to log out of my Apple ID because my library has about 20,000 songs and I'm afraid it's too big to sync to my phone if I log out. I went through that process just a few months ago and it was a huge headache.
