When I tap on March 2025 calendar , the February calendar dates come up !This happens frequently, but then when I tap at another time the correct dates will come up ! I think I need an appointment at Apple Store !!!

Not my experience - (so far) - did it once and it has never come back.
Sort of: if you look carefully, is it a display issue. I have April 2025 on the left but bits of Feb 2025 on the right (and the word Feb) but if I click on a date in April, the underlying data for February comes up. Thus for example, if I click on 29th April, the data for 19th February appears!
Turning the phone off corrects the calendar problem for me too, but I have had to turn the phone off many times recently. The problem always returns. I am forced to turn the phone off and on 2-3 times a week now. Is this an update issue?
Turning iPhone off and on again seems to have resolved it.
