LG monitor goes pink after Sonoma update

I did the latest update Sonoma operating system (14.7.3 (23H417)for my Macbook Pro and now when I use my LG monitor it goes pink when I save a file. Thoughts anyone?

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 14.7
