how do i uninstall ventura 13.7.4 - reinstall ventura 13.7.4 on my imac?

prior to macos ventura 13.7.4 upgrade for my imac i kept getting the message in "settings" for wallpaper:

Settings Error The operation couldn't be completed. (com.apple.extensionKit.errorDomainerror15.)

how do i uninstall version 13.7.4 and then reinstall version 13.7.4 on my imac? i backed up my previous ventura (13.7.3) prior to the 13.7.4 version.

thanks for replying, PRP_53 (i was the driver - and now caregiver for an early morning surgery).

i have the intel imac, and os ventura, 13.7.4 - wasn't aware that the application info i supplied wasn't as definite as it seemed.

this is my second request for assistance, my 2/16 went unnoticed. last night i searched online to see how i could do the uninstall - reinstall, but the "command + R" after activating 'restart' would not work (for me); the computer continued with the restart.

any advice or technique(s) would be most appreciated!

thanks in advance

Shutdown the computer completely.

Pause for may 10 seconds and then start the machine holding down the two keyboard commands.

If using a Bluetooth Keyboard with Rechargeable Battery - Cable the Keyboard to computer for this unique purpose.

The keyboard should act as if it was a Wired Keyboard

PRP_53,

the instructions on the link you sent is temporary. it did react to the adding of folders or files. it accepted a current folder that used to be in my wallpaper's library - then the other folders (i have added over time) popped back into view.

but this only lasted for about 6 days. it has gone back to the error message and once again will not accept any folder i try to add.

i am kinda back where i started with this. i was hoping this was a system-wide problem that the software writers could correct via an update, but there are not enough squeaky wheels to be heard. let me know what we can do next.

btw - this is what i sent to the survey that asked me if your solution helped - i said no, because:

"...this answer/reply is just the standard way of adding folders and files, aka photographs.

i keep getting the error message "...Settings Error The operation couldn't be completed. com.apple.extensionKit.errorDomainerror15.)..."

PRP_53 was helpful+!..."

thanks again again
