Why can't I delete the Messages app on my Apple Watch?

I DO NOT want the Messages App on my Apple Watch. How can I delete it? And if I cannot, why? What is the viable reason why, if I do NOT want text messages on my watch, can I NOT remove it? The reason I want it deleted is that I paid for the iPhone and the Apple Watch, and I do not need to justify why I don't want text messages/Messages App on my watch.

You certainly don't have to justify it.

You paid for the hardware, not the system software. That is owned by Apple and you only have a license to use it. They have chosen not to make that an option. To the best of my knowledge, they have never said why.

Apple doesn't read here in this user-to-user forum for feedback or suggestions. Yelling at us, your fellow users doesn't really accomplish anything beyond what small catharsis it affords.
