Songs suddenly not available in my region but friends sharing my playlists can still access songs

The last day most songs from Cigarettes After Sex's new album X's are no longer available in my playlists. The weird thing is I shared this playlist with someone, and they are also in Ontario and can still access the songs through my playlists. I can only play the songs if I go through the Apple Store and listen to the full album. I tried syncing my playlists, logging in and out of Apple, shutting my phone down. It's still happening while my friend is able to listen to these songs in my playlist. Strangest thing ever.
