How can we remove the pregnancy and lactation sections from the medication module in the Health app? If there is not currently a way to turn that **** off, please add one urgently or this will be the final thing to get me to finally leave apple forever.

Thanks for the link. I'm giving them a chance but still making plans. I genuinely started having a panic attack when I couldn't figure out how to get rid of those, so I genuinely hope it's already hiding somewhere or they will add that option quickly. If not, I'm going to start saving money so I can switch to something else.
Migration is probably your best choice then, given your requirements and expectations.
