Can't Access Light Blue Folder after transferring from ext drive

To answer the question of not being able to access a folder that's light blue after being transferred from a diff drive.

Most likely the ext drive was disconnected during transfer (either physically or an electronic glitch) causing the files to only be partially transferred.

At least this is one cause.
