Apple Music Windows 11 - App won't play music but allows me to skip through tracks/playlists.

I can't get Apple Music on Windows to play anything (playlists, random songs, Radio). It shows the track in the status bar but don't play. When attempting to play songs, I can skip to the next track not it still doesn't play.

I've checked my audio device, removed and readded the app. disabled firewalls/anti virus and tried steps in other posts such as this:

I weird thing is that I can get it to play if I airplay to my homepod (pair), then I get audio on both homepod and PC. As soon as I untick homepod, it stops on the PC.

Anyone got anything else I can try?

Webapp works fine.
