I am unable to make or receive calls, as it displays "Call Failed." I have tried every possible solution found online, including resetting my phone as a last resort and even changing the SIM card. However, when I dial *#31#, I receive the following error: "Error performing request. Unknown error. Setting interrogation failed. Calling line ID restriction." I have an iPhone 12 Pro max.
