How can I prevent apps from returning to Home Screen on my iPhone?

I wanted to express myself that in my I phone 15 pro max there is some app I am using so it’s always come back to Home Screen I tried everything I update the version and I try uninstall and reinstall again I trun is off my phone as well but I won’t work out so could you fix this bug from my phone or suggest me some better option.
