Find My iPhone alert not playing

iPhone software is up to date.

when I used find my iPhone it never played a sound, on the Find My it just kept spinning and never connected with the phone.

Thanks for any suggestions on how to address.

Find my iPhone is not playing sound I recently updated my iPhone, accepted the new terms and conditions for iCloud and restarted my phone and iPad and the find my iPhone feature is still not playing a sound. I’m also signed in to iCloud. Like many people I occasionally forget where I put my iPhone in the house. When this happens I use the iPad to locate it. The sound is no longer plays and the phone only vibrates. See above for all the trouble shooting I’ve already done.

Find my iPhone only vibrates I have an iPhone 13 se and find my iPhone only will vibrate and doesn’t play the noise. This is pretty unhelpful considering I’m using the app because I need it to make a noise so I can find it. Please how do I make it play a noise.

When you used Find My, did the phone appear on the map?

If not, did you see an "Offline" message? Any other messages?
