If you forgot your Screen Time passcode - Apple Support
When setting a Screen Time Passcode, you are asked to enter an Apple ID/Password to reset the passcode in case you forget it. If you skip this step, you are meant with another warning that you will not be able to reset the Screen Time Passcode if you do not provide an Apple ID to recover it. If you still do not provide an Apple ID after those 2 warnings, then I could only suggest to contact Apple directly and you may need to Factory Reset your device.
