How do I access saved Napster playlists after being prompted to pay in iTunes?

I have Napster Playlists. Recently I could not access the playlists and it said to go to ITunes to pay the account. How do I access the other playlists that I had saved?

Retrieve lost songs from all playlists on Apple Music I have automatically lost all music/songs from the playlists I made all these years because my payment didn't go through for Apple Music.
