No audio or video on FaceTime OSX post update to Sequioa
More or less the same issue as

Cannot initiate video / audio from my M1 macbook pro post updating to Sequioa via faceTime. Or do it receiving a call as well. Have tried signing in and out again via faceTime and still the same issue. Have signed other members in family as well to test it out and still getting the same issue. Seems to be isolated to this machine as I can make calls etc from older macbooks or ios devices using the same account.
Also tried a scenario of a 3 way call were I saw and heard nothing on my end but others on the call could see and hear each other while my user sat there silent and no video.
Have tried all suggestions in other thread to no avail.
