Can I create a new iTunes folder and copy all existing folders into it?

I have developed two itunes libraries - one for commercial music, one for own music. And they coexisted for several months. Using the option/select itunes allowed me to choose one or the other. Absent any simpler cure, can I simply start a new iTunes file and then (in the os) copy all existing folders into this new iTunes folder?

os is sierra. iTunes is 12.8.2

I had 2 hard drives, a boot drive and a storage drive. iTunes was installed on the boot drive and my iTunes library was on the storage drive. Transferring Itunes Library to new PC I bought a new laptop for music and photos and wanted to transfer my itunes library to the new device. I backed up the itunes folder (including itunes media and itunes music) onto a hard drive. I then downloaded that onto the new laptop. Itunes works but my library does not show the majority of my music (I am old so most of it was downloaded from CD into itunes on PC). When I look in the itunes music folder under itunes, it does appear to all be there but for some reason the library cant see it so I cant access it. I have done it this way before several years ago when changing to the old computer. My new computer is a HP running windows 11.

How can I transfer my Itunes library to what took over on my new Mac (Ventura OS) How can I transfer my Itunes library (on my old Mac) to an equivalent (that I will not have to pay for) on my new Max under Ventura OS ? I need to sync my music on my iPod nano 7 (yes I know I'm old ;-). Its a nightmare and rather microsoft flavoured than the good Apple times... Tis for help. Note it seems Soundiiz doesn't show anymore "iTunes" as an option...
