Mac Jim, I'm sending this last screenshot in the hope you have some way to draw Apple's attention to this glaring deficit in their "Support." This is what comes up when, in the Health App, you go to Browse and press Hearing: "No Data Available" and a listing for Hearing Test Results but no way to take a Hearing Test. Farewell.
This is the fourth time I have tried to send a reply. Each time the reply has been cut off after I composed and sent it. This is very debilitating for someone who is already stressed.
My iPad Pro is running OS18:3:1 The AirPods I bought last week have 7B21 firmware. They connected spontaneously and perfectly when introduced to the iPad. The instructions generated in the iPad's Settings skip from Noise Control to Call Controls; there is no Hearing Health section at all.
I hope this information is clear; unfortunately I do not have tech skills to send you a screen shot.
I can only recommend to contact Apple directly if your Apple Account is showing your correct Birthdate with an age over 18.
