Photos - Apple Intelligence Required, but already on

Some searches on my photos no longer work. On the bottom I see “Apple Intelligence Required” when I click the info button, I get “Turn on Apple Intelligence in Settings for a more complete search” but it’s already enabled. Specifically, I’m doing a search for “Orlando” it used to show all pics with that geolocation. Now I get noting but the message above. … I just discovered the issue. I’ll keep what wrote and submit Feedback. So it doesn’t seem to have the iCloud or info, previous to a recent update. If I find an Orlando pic and modify it, it’ll update it, and now come up in the search. This is an issue.
