Understanding the 'Imperial' app in iMessage settings

I'm in settings getting ready to type in iMessage and a list pops up with the word Imperial and say app underneath with a like record thing by it, can anyone help me out with what this really is

The icon is for the Measure App; "Imperial" is the unit of measure to which Measure is set:



Do Settings > Apps > Measure and find the setting for "Message Apps." Is Measure shown in the list?

Why not click on imperial and see what exactly the apps is.
